The Fireplace

JFK 100

From Wednesday February 1st to Wednesday May 31st at Brookline Town Hall Chef Jim Solomon will exhibit his extensive personal collection of JFK memorabilia in celebration of President Kennedy’s May 29th 100th birthday.

“To a kid growing up in the late 60s, the legacy of President Kennedy (along with Bobby Kennedy and Dr. Martin Luther King) represented idealism, hope and the need to persevere, always, in service of fairness and tolerance. My collection is a proud homage to the Brookline boy who rose to lead a nation – and a reflection of my hope during a trying time that we can find a way to honor this great legacy.” – Chef Jim Solomon

The Fireplace is also featuring dishes based on the President’s family recipes…
