Dalmore 15

This Dalmore spent 13 years in American Bourbon Casks and then a following
year split between Matusalem, Apostoles and Amoroso sherry butts from Jerez
de la Frontera. To achieve the extra layer of complexity, the liquids are married
together in an upstanding sherry butt for one final year. The outcome is a perfect
balance between spirit, wood and maturity.

Dalmore 18

Matured initially in American white oak for 14 years before being transferred to
Matusalem Spanish sherry butts for 3 years, these unique whiskies were finally
married for a further 12 months in upstanding sherry butts.
Nature and nurture have delivered a classic Dalmore.

Dalmore Cigar

Matured for the majority of its life in bespoke Oloroso "Matusalem" sherry
butts and bottled at 44% alcohol by volume, the body and character of this
extraordinary expression is the perfect complement to a fine cigar.

Jura Prophesy

In the early 1700's the Campbell's of Jura evicted a wise old seer. Bristling with
resentment, she prophesized that the last Campbell to leave the island would be
one-eyed with his belongings carried in a cart drawn by a lone white horse. Over
time the story became legend and the prophecy drifted from memory.

Jeremy will educate and amuse with knowledge and anecdotes, while
those who attend will share food & libations.
